I am not satisfied with the response received from Riviera. They have not addressed the fact that they gave us the wrong terminal at the airport nor have they addressed the awful situation properly other than to say they will review the Hilton as a disembarkment location. Both the outbound and inbound arrangements were made by them and did not provide the same level of service, in fact it was poor. I would expect a better response and a gesture of goodwill as a minimum
