ProDog Raw Anmeldelser

Hi Maxine, Thank you for your lovely review. We're so pleased to hear you were pleasantly surprised by the texture and, even better, that your dog loved our Pork with Offal recipe on their first try! It's always great to hear when a new protein goes down a treat. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope your dog continues to enjoy many more meals with us. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hi Nat, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the selection and texture didn't meet your expectations. Our mixed bundles are designed to be a more pocket-friendly option, and the selection is packed based on product availability, so while we aim for a good variety, the exact mix can vary. If you'd prefer a more even distribution of proteins, you also have the option to place a bespoke order, allowing you to choose the blends that best suit your dog's needs. Regarding the texture, we use a mincer to produce a consistency, to ensure our meals are easy for dogs of all sizes to eat, including the smallest breeds. We appreciate this may not have been the chunkier texture you were expecting. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as your feedback helps us continue to improve both our product descriptions and our bundle offerings. If you'd like to discuss which blends may be a better fit for your dog's preferences, please don't hesitate to get in touch, we'd be more than happy to help. Best wishes Team ProDog
