Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry there was some confusion about your ticket. Your order confirmation email is actually your ticket, so there's no need to print or wait for anything else, just bring the confirmation with you (either on your phone or printed) and show it at the gates on arrival. We really appreciate you highlighting this, and we're already rewriting our confirmation email to make this much clearer for future visitors. Thank you for helping us improve, and we hope you have a fantastic visit. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hello Annelise, Thank you so much for your super review. We’re delighted to hear that you’re happy with the quality of our products and the service you’ve received from our team. We know the recent hot weather has created extra challenges for frozen deliveries, so it’s great to hear your order arrived safely, well packaged, and ready to go straight into the freezer. Our team works hard to ensure your dog’s food arrives in the best possible condition, even during challenging conditions. Thank you for your continued support of ProDog Raw. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hi Victor, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that Henry is still so uncomfortable. We know how distressing constant itching can be for both dogs and their owners. While supporting the gut can play an important role in overall health and the immune system, every dog is different, and it can take time to see improvements, it helpful to understand the underlying allergies or other factors involved. We'd really like to help you get to the bottom of what's causing Henry's itching. Please email our team at support@prodograw.com, and our nutritionist, Alison Frost, will be happy to discuss Henry's symptoms and provide tailored guidance on the best way to support him. We look forward to helping Henry feel more comfortable soon. Best wishes Team ProDog
