We completely understand that this issue has been ongoing for two weeks, and I appreciate your patience during this time. I understand that our previous response regarding limited weekend hours did not address the core of your concern, and I apologise if it came across as dismissive. Regarding your delivery, I understand that you have done all the necessary legwork with DPD, and it is unacceptable that you’ve been left out of pocket. As the sender of the parcel, we take full responsibility for resolving delivery issues on your behalf, and we should have been more proactive in handling this matter. To resolve this as quickly as possible, I have personally escalated your case and will ensure that it receives immediate attention. We will be in touch with DPD to file the claim and make sure that you are not left at a loss.
