Thanks so much for your feedback — we’re really glad to hear you’re happy with the food and our service! We understand your hesitation with Repel. It can take a bit of time to notice the effects, and results can vary depending on the environment. If you’d like to chat through how it’s going or get some tips on usage, our team is always here to help. We really appreciate you giving it a try and for being part of the ProDog family! 🐾 Best wishes Team ProDog Raw

Hello, This blog written by our canine nutritionist will help your further. She suggests a two pronged approach in years and places with high tick activity. When it comes to natural and safe tick prevention sprays for dogs, there are plenty of options to choose from. My top recommendation is Cedarcide, available through Healthful Pets. This trusted product combines cedarwood essential oils in a gentle yet effective blend. It’s been my go-to topical spray for my own dogs for years, offering reliable protection without the need for harsh chemicals.https://www.prodograw.com/health/ticks-on-dogs/ Do let us know if we can be of any more help Best wishes Team ProDog Raw

Hello Jeanette, Thank you for your feedback and for your continued support – we're so pleased to hear you think the food is brilliant and that your experience with our customer service has been positive. We’re really sorry to hear about the ongoing delivery issues with the 25kg core bundle. We completely understand how frustrating it is when packaging arrives damaged, and we want every part of your experience to reflect the quality of our food. While we’re glad our team has been helpful, it’s clear this issue needs a more permanent fix. Please rest assured we’re actively working with our couriers to improve the handling of heavier orders and reduce damage in transit. Your comments help us push for better solutions, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please do get in touch and let us know how deliveries arrive moving forward. Thanks again for sticking with us – we’re on it. Best wishes Team ProDog Raw
