Hello Shirley, Thank you for your feedback and review — we really value your input. We understand that you spoke with a customer service advisor around the time of your delivery, and were asked to let us know if there were any issues with the food, particularly regarding defrosting. You mentioned that the top boxes had defrosted slightly but were still cold to the touch, and confirmed you were happy to use them. From our side, it appeared the issue had been resolved and that you were satisfied with both the outcome and the support provided. However, if you need any further assistance or have ongoing concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re always here to help. Best wishes Team ProDog Raw
