Super Service for Poor Product

Excellent 🤙 ...especially resolving issue with a poor product (..faulty design in my opinion). Was allowed to keep the Planter with partial refund of 35% so I could use the money to fix the issue...

Products were as described but courier could have taken more care to ensure they were delivered without damage (they were just chucked in the back of his lorry).
