Arrangements worked well. Staff spoken to on the telephone were pleasant and helpful. Only very slight snag was the hotel’s inability to give us the type of room which we had requested.

Brilliant! Nearly always use them as it takes the hastle out of trolling through hotel prices, flights etc... Always someone to talk to in the office if you need any advice/info.
