My first time yo guernsey a 3 fday break had great weather and I fell in love with the island been back 4 times since staying in different locations

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Good offer at front end but forget customer service at the after sale. Wanted to discuss some upgrades but a totaly different story once you have booked ( basicaly CI is not interestd)
