better communication with their paying guest, they offer a very poor services they let my room out to someone else even though I had paid in full for the week just because my flight was a day late.

We were sorry to learn of the unexpected delay in Birmingham Airport that resulted in you missing your outbound flight, as well as the issue you encountered upon arrival at Saints Bay. They were very helpful from the start and booked us the hotel and the rooms that we requested. All paperwork very straightforward and agents helpful and knowledgeable.
