Hello Andrew, I am very sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered when trying to return your item. As for the financial aspect of posting the unit back to our warehouse, this is part of the terms and conditions of the so called 'unwanted return' process to which you agreed to prior to sending the item back to us; as there was no manufacturing fault, only a matter of the unit not meeting your needs, we had to sadly stick to the procedures. Therefore, we were able to offer a full refund but we couldn't cover the shipping costs.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that the sales person that contacted you did that in their attempt to assist you further with a number of product suggestions that could perhaps better meet your needs. Please be assured that it was one of our colleagues, not a bot. Kind regards,
