You have all the right to expect a very high level of service from Luxury Gold as this is really what we aim to convey with each of our guided vacations. Having said this, we are saddened to hear that some of the accommodation, as well as the Travelling Concierge, did not meet your expectations. Your comments have been passed on to our relevant departments for review going forward. Thank you for your honest feedback about your recent trip with Luxury Gold in Eastern Canada. We regret to hear that there may have been a delay in the delivery of the information pack that we sent out to you prior to your trip. This issue has been raised internally for review. Beyond that, we’re saddened to hear that you found your room aboard the Holland America Line Canada and New England Discovery cruise didn’t meet your expectations. At Luxury Gold we understand that where you stay on your trip is really important. That is why we endeavour to make certain that each hotel and cruise ship brings something special to our itineraries. Nevertheless, we regret to learn that you were disappointed, and we will be looking into these concerns further to ensure that the high standards we are known for continue to be met.
