Thank you for your constructive feedback regarding your recent Luxury Gold guided holiday. We are sorry to hear that there were a few aspects of the trip that didn’t seem to live up to your high standards, as well as our own. To begin with, we’d like to apologise for any confusion that occurred with the guests’ information, and can assure you that we are looking into this to see where the problem occurred. On top of that, we regret to hear that your first full day felt slightly overwhelming, especially given that our Product Development Department put considerable effort into creating the most smooth and seamless holidays. Our guests’ comfort has always been our top priority, and as such we will be reviewing the itinerary for this particular trip to ensure all of our guests’ full enjoyment in the future. Conversely, we are pleased to know that you felt the accommodation met the standards that Luxury Gold is recognised for.
