Thank you for such an encouraging and constructive review. We are pleased to learn that you found the tour so rewarding overall. Thank you for such a warm and thoughtful review, and for choosing to travel with us for the first time. We are pleased to learn that our Travel Director and Coach Driver were such fine representatives of the company, and that the Travel Director's foresight, attention to the needs of the group and recommendations for restaurants, shopping and places to visit made each stop so memorable. We shall be sure to share your kind words with them both. It is also encouraging to hear that you found the itinerary well planned and the journey through Portugal so thorough. We appreciate your suggestions that a couple of additional days, with second-night stays in more locations, would reduce the number of one-night stops, and that certain Optional Excursions, such as the Fado dinner, might be better included in the package. We will share your comments with the Operations Department so that the structure of the itinerary and the balance between included and optional experiences can be reviewed. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your considered and constructive feedback. We are pleased to learn that you found the holiday so rewarding and the itinerary so well designed. We appreciate your comments regarding the gratuities included in the price, and we understand that the amount was a concern to you. We also note your suggestion that the itinerary would benefit from a couple of additional days, and your disappointment at having had no opportunity to see anything of Glasgow. We will share your observations with the Operations Department so that the length of the itinerary and the way in which gratuities are presented can be reviewed. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.
