Thank you for such a warm and appreciative review. We are pleased to learn that our Travel Director and Coach Driver were so highly regarded, and that the commentary on the history and character of each area was both engaging and informative. It is also encouraging to hear that the itinerary gave you such a rewarding overview of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, and that your photographs serve as a reminder of how much you were able to see and experience. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such candid feedback. We are sorry to learn that the changes to the Optional Excursions disrupted plans your group had been making for a year, and that you were asked to accept or decline the alternatives at short notice, on the coach, with unreliable connectivity and without full details of what was being offered. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing it must have been. We also appreciate your observation that the revised Optional Excursions left little opportunity to explore the cities independently, particularly where the hotels were not close to the sites concerned, and your view that excursions promoted in advance should not be removed. We will share your comments with the Operations Department so that the way in which itinerary changes are communicated, and the balance between organised Optional Excursions and free time, can be thoroughly reviewed.

Thank you for such a balanced and considered review. We are pleased to learn that, overall, you found the trip rewarding, that the service at the hotels was so good, and that our Travel Director and Coach Driver were both so highly regarded. We are sorry that the number of shopping stops, and the sales pressure you encountered at them, detracted from your enjoyment. We appreciate your suggestion that more time at the ancient ruins, together with a stop along the Aegean coast, would have made for a more fulfilling itinerary. We will share your comments with the Operations Department so that the balance of the schedule and the selection of stops can be reviewed. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such candid feedback. We are pleased to learn that you saw so many remarkable sights during the trip, and we appreciate your honesty in explaining why it did not rank among your favourite journeys with us. We are sorry that the breakfasts at several hotels were overcrowded and ran short of food, that some of the rest and lunch stops were at unclean roadside facilities, and that certain included dinners were of a poor standard. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we will share your comments with the Operations Department so that the quality of the hotels, the choice of stopping points and the included meals can be reviewed. We can also confirm that we received your email, and we hope that the resolution reached is entirely to your satisfaction. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for such a detailed and considered review, and for choosing us again for your second journey. We are pleased to learn that the itinerary covered the villages and principal areas of England, Scotland and Ireland as you had hoped, and that you found the food, the hotels and the company of fellow travellers from Australia, Canada and the United States so agreeable. It is also encouraging to hear that our Travel Director and Coach Driver were so highly regarded, and that the clear daily communication kept you well informed throughout. We appreciate your remark that the pace was brisk, which we will bear in mind when reviewing future itineraries. Your thoughtful suggestion regarding non-dairy creamers in hotel rooms is also noted, and we will share it with the Operations Department. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that the itinerary, together with the excursions, gave you such a rewarding experience of Ancient Egypt. We are sorry that the early correspondence during the booking process was not as helpful as it should have been, and that you needed to contact our Reservations Team twice to correct the dates of your arrival. Delayed follow-up and avoidable errors are not the standard we aim to provide, and we will share your comments with the Operations Department so that our booking communications can be reviewed. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for such a warm and enthusiastic review. We are pleased to learn that you found Turkey so rewarding, and that the quality of the accommodation and the abundance of highlights made such a strong impression. It is especially encouraging to hear that our Travel Director was both knowledgeable and caring, and that you valued their kindness as much as their expertise. We shall be sure to share your kind words with them, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for such a warm and thoughtful review. We are pleased to learn that the hotels were comfortable, that the accessible bathroom you required was arranged for you, and that the breakfasts made such a favourable impression. It is also encouraging to hear that our Travel Director was so well regarded, and that the combination of coach travel and train journeys suited you. Zermatt clearly left a special mark, and we are delighted that you were able to witness such a spectacular sunrise over the Matterhorn from your own patio, as well as enjoy the narrow streets and the chalet houses with their flower boxes. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.
