Yes I have emailed to request the change and don’t get any response and holiday prices are changing all the time so can’t guarantee the price we first initially seen as a week forward still no response after speaking to lady on the phone who said I would get a response by Saturday

We have been waiting for over three weeks for our complaint to be resolved
Respond to customer complaints quicker and have more staff available to answer calls to deal with complaints and take bookings.

We note that the matter has been addressed by our Customer Service team and appears to have been resolved. Unfortunately, we have no control over the demographics of the guest ratios in any hotel. We regret that the hotel did not meet your expectations.

It has not been resolved
Customer service has not “done” anything.
I want to take this complaint further
The transfer taxi dropped us off at the wrong terminal, resulting in having to get a taxi
We have not been refunded for all the extra costs
Even tho this was promised by one of your agents
