Cheaper service, align with its quality

I’m using often your service (at least one time a month). Most of the time your staff is not really providing a warm welcome, sometimes even quite the opposite. The timetable is never respected...

I had a wonderful time and Rene was a great and enthusiastic guide who had so much knowledge about the Northern Lights. We saw the Northern Lights and it was just magical!
