Whenever flights are delayed we try our best to accommodate passengers on our next scheduled transfer which was at 08:30 - very sorry that you did not accept to be rescheduled and paid extra for another ticket. On the July 3rd you were on a list of pickup from in front of your accommodation and the bus may have been enroute to turn around in the street where the building is located. The GPS track shows you being collected at 04:08 which is within the time of the reserved time from 04:00 to 04:30 I hope that your visit with us was otherwise pleasant
