Thank you for your feedback and review. It is regrettable that you missed your 16:30 departure with us due to a delay of your flight FI343 from Helsing that arrived around 16:00 - the airport formalities can take up to 1 hour and you were offered to reschedule to the next departure at 17:30 - it is regrettable that you found our service lacking in any way but glad we could accommodate you as you missed your original departure. I do hope that your visit with us was otherwise pleasant

Thank you for your feedback. Regrettably the older parts of Reykjavik are not accessible with larger vehicles and the city council has designated tour bus stops which are meant to be walking distance to any hotel in the city center. It is truly regrettable that you did not notice this on your confirmation voucher that clearly mentions this detail. Ion city has tour bus stop by the concert hall I do hope that your visit with us was otherwise pleasant
