Thank you for your review of our airport transfer service. The confirmation voucher indicates to contact our staff at the airport if there is any doubt. Our scheduled departure is every hour on the hour which helps our staff reschedule customers to next available coach to the city and when it available in the bus parking area. Unfortunate that you were not able to use your tickets that have since been cancelled. We hope that your visit with us in Iceland has been pleasant otherwise
