Gray Line Iceland Anmeldelser

It is unfortunate that we have had to cancel some tours in recent days due to a heavy snow storm. I hope you can join us later in better weather conditions

Thank you for your feedback, it is regrettable that you were not able to catch the bus when you came out of the terminal - the departures are every hour on the hour and our staff would offer you the next available departure.

Thank you for your feedback. During the last few days we have been facing real challenges with transit in the city and delays due to restrictions on our streets as well as to the airport, facing road closures and flight delays. It is regrettable that you were inconvenienced during this time as unfortunately many of our passengers as a result of this dire weather situation. I hope that your visit with us was after all pleasant
