Rude staff for rescheduling. They would not refund us even though I noticed them 24 h before the activity. Have to argue a little bit.

Thank you for your feedback. It is truly unfortunate that you were not aware of the pickup time listed on your voucher. The 30 minutes allocated to collect passengers normally 15 minutes to collect by each pickup shuttle. We are now in high Winter and it can get very cold, essential to be well prepared for this. Booking a transfer to the airport you must allow at least 2 hours for checking in and security formalities, we are of course not aware of your flight details but would advise you on this as is also indicated on our website when you booked. We hope that you managed to secure a new flight and recover from any health issues. We don´t have a booking in your name for our Northern Lights tour and cannot respond to your complaint.

Thank you for your feedback. This day was not an ordinary day for all of us and regrettably very difficult for our visitors to Iceland. A snow storm hit in full force, flight delays and airport road closed at intervals. Our coaches were late arriving at the airport to collect passengers from flights that were mostly delayed and even cancelled. I do hope that you can understand that during such a situation, our staff is overwhelmed but they did go beyond duty and long hours to make sure everyone was safe. I do hope that your visit to Iceland during these very challenging days were somewhat pleasant after all

Dear Customer, your booking with us was for a Northern Lights evening tour of 3-5 hours on December 25th where all our passenger witnessed a great show of the Aurora. Tour comment is highly irregular and does not correspond with the tour you participated with us.
