fast and good. slightly too much of service as they like calling and checking if all ok...and these days everyone likes email or non-human interaction... ;) But wasn't also overwhelming - just called...

awful, awful, awful!
Awful service, not confirmed until the sale of booking that luggage is not included in the flight booking.

Thank you very much for your email and we are sorry to hear that we have caused disappointment.
Recently, many airlines have introduced cheaper but more restrictive economy fares for their long haul flights. These cheaper restrictive fares don’t include the free checked-in baggage allowance. Any non-baggage fare flight listed on our website does have the information listed under the "More Information" section which passengers can check before confirming their purchase. We would like to apologize again for the issue that has cropped up, but as a travel agency, our options are limited as our website picks up the lowest fare available and then provides it to the passenger who searches for it.
