Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

Many Thanks for your feedback. Further to our correspondence whilst you were in Tenerife, your booking was confirmed to us at the time it was made. We understood that the hotel offered an upgrade to a pool view room as compensation for their error, but if this was not the case then please let us know so that we can take it up with them again.

Overall very happy, on reflection maybe we should have chosen a slightly quieter area and possibly upgraded but value for money and good staff and hotel.

Very friendly on the phone but too much automation in the booking process and not easy to print off exactly what you said when you booked

Thank you for you honest and helpful review. Next time don't hesitate to contact our customer service team to help you out, they'll assist you with any doubts you may have. With regards the hotel, we'd recommend you to stay in a property only for adults. We hope you enjoyed Tenerife and the Spanish sunshine.
