Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

Too many people flights, massive queues, not enough check-ins to cope.

Smartwings flights too cramped and very uncomfortable. Long queues at airports.

Excellent service. Ease of travel from Guernsey via Jersey. Would be good to receive the itinerary a little earlier than 3 days before departure.

Thank your 5-star review! It's great to travel hassle-free and direct to the holiday destination. When you book your holiday you can see the flight times straight away, the email we send 3 days prior to departure provides clients with the same information they already have :) We hope you had a great time in Tenerife.

Overall an excellent service.

I would have given a five star but there are a couple of things that could perhaps be improved. The first is that email communications do not come from one consistent email address and whilst it was...

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing us. Perfection doesn't exist Mr. Le Couilliard :P We always advise our clients to check the check the spam emails folder as this is something that may happen. Regarding to the private transfer, unfortunately that's the way it works. On a positive note, we're glad you find our customer service attentive and helpful :)

Thank you for you review Mr. De Bourcier. We're happy your holiday unfolded smoothly and you had a wonderful time in Tenerife. We couldn't agree more with you, flying direct is priceless and comfortable. Regarding to Jersey Airport, we totally understand and share your frustration, however it is out of our control. Hopefully it won't happen again!

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the apartment facilities. It is common in Spanish apartments to offer a 'kitchenette' to prepare snacks and light meals rather than a full kitchen. For future holidays if you'd prefer a full kitchen please do get in touch and we can try and source the right property for you. We hope that this didn't detract for an otherwise pleasant holiday.
