It is great that you enjoyed your stay at the accommodation chosen and its convenient location. With regard to the transfer, a private transfer service would be more suitable for you in the future :)

Thank you for your review. When you receive the confirmation of your booking you can see all the services booked (including transfers), but either way we will make sure it is also clear on our website. Otherwise, it seems like you had a great time in Majorca :)

It was ok but flight delayed 3 hours and no drinks on the plane . Also we asked for twilight check in which they said wasn’t available but other people managed it

Many Thanks for your feedback. We apologise for the delay which was due to a technical problem with the original aircraft. I'm so sorry you were incorrectly advised that twilight check in wasn't available, this is detailed on our pre-departure information but we will also ensure it's added to our website too. We hope these issues did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

Badly let down at Palma Airport after a 2 hour delay, 1am , no Rep and no taxi for transfer to the hotel, at hotel we paid extra for large rooms, they were standard rooms, did get sorted next...

Thank you your honest review. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. Delays are out of our control, however we understand that can be frustrating. With regard to the transfer, we opened an investigation to find out what could possibly happen for the taxi not to show up, and we can only apologise for it again. On a positive note, we are happy that you had a pleasant time at the accommodation chosen and you enjoyed the Spanish sunshine :)
