We are sorry you did not receive the originals documents that would have been posted to you. However, it's very important to us that you do receive a copy of all of the documents to do with you policy and we'd like to opportunity to put this right for you.

I never get any email or paper updates. I get no benefits from taking insurance with yourself. Of it wasnt for the monthly bill i wouldn't know i was still insured as i literally get no updates at all
