Easy renewal as it was all automatic. And no rise in premiums which was great. Had issues with viewing the documents but exotic direct kindly sent me them instead which was really helpful.

A must have insurance.

I've had insurance for my birds for many a year and always been really good with claims. No problems with claims for any of them. The only negative I can give is for the last 6 months or so the...

We understand over the last few months our claims processing times have not been slower than usual and we're working hard to reduce our handling times.

We did try and contact you by phone today to discuss this, but weren't able to reach you. We've also sent you an email.
