Efficient and easy

Easy to make claim. Could have been a little quicker in paying but did not matter to me but may have to others.

Guinea pig insurance

Renewal was automatic. I have not found any other firms that will insure guinea pigs. We have not had to use the insurance yet so cannot comment on claims procedure.

I have used Exotic Direct for 7 years now to insure my guinea pigs. Fortunately I have not needed to claim recently, but in the past have always found them fair, fast and efficient.
