Very helpful service. on the two occasions I have had to make a claim for my parrot they have been paid very quickly. Would recommend to friends for exotic pet insurance.

Easy, zero step renewal

Exotic direct is very easy to renew, as the automatic renewals make sure you are well informed but do not have to do anything. I feel secure that the cover for my pets is continuous and if I did need...

Still not happy with only £1000 cover per illness. Also the cost of the insurance for how little cover you get.as that doesn't cover a quarter of a bill, especially if a reptile needs an operation....
