Further to our telephone conversation we can confirm we have updated your information and resent your policy information.Our apologies that these important documents were not received as they should have been. Due to recent feedback from our customers, we have now recently started an SMS service to all customers who have mobile numbers and emails, to alert them that their renewal documents should be arriving with them shortly.
