Your second quote email is likely due to the possibility that you may have started two quotes at some point and although you have now completed one of the quotes and taken out a policy, our system still thinks that the second quote needs completing. Unfortunately our website will not see that you have successfully taken out a policy on the first quote. We have been in email correspondence regarding the above and we hope that this has resolved your query. We settle a high percentage of the claims we receive, but sadly not all claims can be covered under the terms and conditions of the policy purchased. The most common cause for rejected claims would be due to pre-existing conditions, which would not be covered by any insurance provider on the market. If there is any doubt on the validity of a claim, we would seek the expertise of your vet and would always be happy to review any further information from them.
