Great service as usual

The service was as usual of the highest standard. I was e mailed on Thursday 20th Oct. and my order was delivered on the following Sat.and are now in the greenhouse doing very well.

Disappointed

I purchased them as Winter Pansies & having telephoned to ask why they are not flowering was told that they would not flower until the Spring Why are they sold as Winter Pansies ????

We can see that your Pansy Matrix Mix plugs would normally flower between January and May which is why these are classed as winter pansies and we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused. Disappointing purchase

A most disappointing purchase. The quality was nowhere like that for which Dobies was once renowned. The firm has refunded the purchase price, much to its credit.

Plants arrived alive. The buddleias were smaller than I hoped despite the size of the pots.
