Although we try to stick as closely as possible to published despatch dates, we believe that the most important thing is to send plants out as soon as they are in prime condition for despatch and this may not be quite as originally planned. We do ensure that any significant changes to the estimated dispatch of our products are passsed onto our customers so they are made aware of any delays.
