I like having the branch to walk into and speak to a human and I like having the internet ability to do some things away from the branch without needing to talk directly.

Very easy to use.
The account is easy to use and they are always friendly and willing to help. The only negative is that you can only see 6 months of transactions and it would be good to be able to go further back.

We’re always appreciative of feedback and ways in which we can tailor the service that we provide. Specifically with respect to your comment about only being able to see 6 months of transactions when using internet banking, we already have a project in place to address this, with the objective of being able to extend this to 13 months worth of transactions and for this enhancement to be implemented later this year.
