Thank you for such a detailed and constructive review, and for travelling with us on five occasions. We are pleased to learn that the Nile cruise and the sites met your expectations, and that the ship's staff contributed so positively to your time on board. We are sorry that several aspects of the trip fell short. The pressure you experienced to purchase from local traders and to pay frequent gratuities is not acceptable, and we understand how uncomfortable this must have been within such a small group. It is also regrettable that the Optional Excursions were not offered, and that you and your fellow travellers were left without a representative in Cairo and obliged to make your own arrangements. Your comments on the overnight train to Aswan are taken very seriously, and we will review whether it should remain the only route offered. We will share your feedback with our Product Development and Operations Department, including your suggestion regarding minimum group sizes. We are grateful for your candour and for your continued loyalty, and we hope to give you an experience that fully matches your expectations on a future journey.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the itinerary comprehensive, and that your Travel Director from Aswan to Luxor was outstanding in looking after your needs. We are very sorry to learn that there was no reservation waiting for you at the pre-night hotel, and that airport transfers were not provided, leaving you reliant on unreliable taxis and ride-hailing services on arrival. We also recognise your concern that your Travel Director did not remain with the group after the first day, that there were too many handovers to different people during the trip, and that no member of staff accompanied you on the sleeper train to Aswan in case of an emergency. The noise, the number of stops and the lack of functioning toilets on the train fell well short of what you were entitled to expect, and we regret that this left you so disappointed with the accommodation and service overall. Your feedback will be shared with our Operations Department so that the hotel arrangements, transfers, continuity of tour management and the sleeper train experience can be reviewed carefully. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your trip was interrupted, which meant that you were unable to see as much as you had hoped, and that the difficulties with your booking and registration made the experience so stressful. We recognise how disappointing this must have been, and your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the booking and registration process can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour a good one, and that the package was delivered as advertised. We note your comment that similar Optional Excursions may be available elsewhere at a lower price, and we appreciate your candour regarding the standard you felt was in keeping with the cost of the tour. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pricing of optional excursions can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the trip excellent and had no complaints overall, and that the hotel in Vienna made such a favourable impression, with both its food and accommodation standing out. We are sorry to learn that the food at the hotel in Frankfurt was dreadful and that the rooms in Hungary were extremely small. We also note your comment that, while most of the hotels were adequate, two or three required improvement. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the properties concerned can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour a good all-round experience, and that your Travel Director, Coach Driver and fellow travellers made such a positive contribution. It is also encouraging to know that you saw so much, enjoyed the additional excursions you chose, and considered the tour good value for the price. We note your comment that the hotels were not especially remarkable and that few meals were included, and we appreciate your candour on these points. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the accommodation and meal arrangements can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the itinerary enjoyable, with so many beautiful places to visit, and that your Coach Driver and Travel Director made such a positive impression. It is also encouraging to know that most of the hotels were great, and that you valued the opportunity to travel with such pleasant people from across the country and the world. We are sorry to learn that Foxridge Resort felt antiquated and did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your observation that there are other good hotels in the area that might have been a better choice. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the property can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour very well organised and easy to follow, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so amazing. It is especially encouraging to know that you felt entirely confident in your Coach Driver's ability to get the group safely to each destination, and that your Travel Director was always friendly and willing to answer questions. We note your suggestion that a free day, with no coach and no organised activities, be built into one or two of the two-night stays, and we recognise that this would ease the busy pace of the itinerary. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the balance of the programme can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour close to its description on our website, and that your Travel Director, Coach Driver and coach were all excellent. We note your comments that the itinerary felt a little rushed at times, and that some of the hotels, which you felt were around three-star standard, were rather far from the main areas of activity. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pacing of the itinerary and the location of the accommodation can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.
