I understand that you accidentally selected the wrong colour when placing your order and noticed the mistake almost immediately. It is disappointing that, despite contacting us promptly by email, you were advised that it could take several days for your message to be reviewed. I can appreciate your frustration when you then tried to resolve the issue by phone, only to incur additional call charges without achieving the outcome you wanted. I am also sorry to hear that, once received, you were unhappy with the material of the trousers. Your comments regarding the difficulty of amending an order, the response times for customer enquiries, and the cost and effectiveness of contacting us by telephone will be shared with the relevant teams for review.
