Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that the delivery was completed within the timescales advertised on our website. Our standard delivery service is estimated at up to 3-5 working days, while items dispatched directly from a supplier can take up to 10 working days to arrive. We can see that all three items from your order were delivered within 4 working days of being placed. As such, the delivery was completed within the expected time frame advised at the point of purchase. We appreciate that you may have hoped to receive your items sooner, and we understand how disappointing this can be. However, on this occasion, the order was delivered within our stated delivery times.
