Information was always given on the status of the flight before takeoff. Unfortunately, the plane was a little late getting back to London that was not in the airlines control.

The holiday was great but return flight was delayed which meant we got home early in the morning taking the shine of a great holiday

Good flights on time both ways. Good cabin service. Service at Rhodes airport is much better. Sailed through check in and security with no queues!

Airport check in at Heathrow needs improvement, more staff instead of automation, a bag check area broke and the BA staff member just walked away and left us to it with one bag already on the belt...
