The flight on the way back we believe we got bitten by a bed bug maybe as when we were waiting for our luggage we had new bites being really itchy. They were in the side we fell asleep on.

Return flight airport was changed from Heathrow to Gatwick which created a problem for parking therefore trains had to be used which was very onerous. Meal especially 2nd meal on outbound flight...

Very efficient service that was as cheap as any other method of travel we could find. As members, we get to use the lounge at each destination which does make travelling so much easier.
