There has been no communication from Beechfield other than when I have emailed them to enquire about the arrival of my order.

Really sorry about this. There was an issue with shipping - the Suez canal - and that has led to congestion in the port of Rotterdam. We were working through our list of backlogged orders as a result of the shipping delay and unfortunately we hadn't got round to emailing you with a status update.
