Coach tours do rely on all passengers arriving at collection points and departure times as instructed, and unfortunately delays can occur when passengers are late or do not inform us of changes to their plans. In this instance, we understand how frustrating the situation was for everyone waiting to depart. For all bookings, we take contact details for the lead passenger, who should in turn have contact details for the other members of their travelling party. This is normally the quickest way to make contact if someone becomes separated from their group during the day. Unfortunately, despite efforts to locate the missing passenger, they had chosen to take a boat trip and did not return at the agreed departure time or notify their group or ourselves of their delay. We're pleased to hear that you found the driver to be very good and got everyone home safely. While we understand why this experience left you feeling disappointed, we do hope you'll travel with us again. Thank you again for sharing your comments.
