Lovely holiday on fascinating island

Very straightforward. We had a choice of Seaview or walk-in shower (Not both). The person I spoke to was very helpful and I was able to understand her.

It is especially disappointing to learn that your first experience with Barnes Holidays did not meet the expectations set by recommendations from your friends. I am sorry to hear that you were unimpressed with the level of service you received, particularly from the driver. We expect our drivers to be helpful, professional and attentive to the needs of all passengers, especially those who may require additional assistance when boarding or leaving the coach. Your comments regarding the lack of assistance and communication during the trip are concerning and do not reflect the standards we aim to provide.
