Having checked our coach tracking system, I can confirm that the coach operated entirely to schedule throughout the day and, if anything, was slightly ahead of schedule. The advertised arrival time into Bridgnorth was 11:45am, and the coach actually arrived at 11:39am. All advertised departure and arrival times for our excursions are available on our website before booking, and these timings form the basis of the day's itinerary. If customers require any additional information regarding journey times, routing, or pickup arrangements, our team is always happy to provide this before or after booking. For operational reasons, some tours are designed to operate alongside other excursions. This allows us to run a wider range of trips and helps prevent departures from being cancelled due to insufficient numbers, which would otherwise disappoint customers who have already made plans to travel. These arrangements are factored into the published itinerary and timings for the day. Regarding the temperature on the coach, I am sorry to hear that you found your seating area cold. If at any point during a journey passengers are uncomfortable due to the temperature, we would encourage them to speak to the driver, who can often make adjustments where possible.
