However, once we were informed of the amendments, we did our best to adapt the itinerary and make the trip work with the options available to us at the time. We appreciate that this did not lessen the inconvenience caused. We fully understand your concerns regarding the impact on passengers' comfort, particularly in relation to luggage handling, mobility considerations, meal arrangements, and the loss of leisure time. The revised ferry timings affected both the arrival and departure schedules, which in turn disrupted the planned dining and breakfast arrangements. We also recognise that the long queues for food services on the ferry added further frustration. While cancelling the trip was considered, we felt that proceeding with an amended programme would allow customers to enjoy the destination rather than lose the holiday altogether. We appreciate that, from your perspective, the disruption outweighed the benefits and that the experience did not meet your expectations.
