I tried to book on the phone but after being on hold for 5 minutes on 2 occasions the line cut off. However it was straight forward doing it online.

Cant see hotel pictures
The website was not user friending as in can not see the hotel and pictures of the hotel. To make any amendments you need to go back through the booking.

I'm sorry to hear you had errors viewing the hotel images online, this is certainly not something we would like our customers to experience. We like to know that our customers can see what they are booking so they are happy with the final product!

Had a problem with the online booking, but the helpline were brilliant. So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
