Excellent customer service experience
I spoke to Katie and Rob and they were both excellent representatives who listened to what I wanted and helped me with my booking process. They are great assets to the team.

Poor service
Payment confirmation page did not work and i had to book it 2 times, money has been processed 2 times and i have called to get refund and its more than 3 days now still money did not come back to me....

We are sorry if you found the booking process a little difficult. During the booking process there are two dates to select, one for the park entry and one for your accommodation.
I am happy to say that I have been able to amend the date of your park tickets at your request. you should shortly receive an email surrounding the amended park dates.
