Woodhouse Clothing Adolygiadau

Thank you for your feedback. After speaking with you and looking at the item movement history it appears that the shoes were marked up as faulty. Unfortunately an error has occurred where they were added back into stock therefore you received them. I am very sorry for this but I am pleased that we have cleared this up and you are happy with our gesture of goodwill. Laura

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry about your recent order being delayed. I have looked into this and it was caused by a system error to do with your order being paid for by a gift voucher. This error has been made aware to us for any future orders. I have credited your account with the next day delivery you paid, plus as a gesture of goodwill, I have put the same amount in for another order. Once again I apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope to see you back on the site again soon. Laura
