Thank you for your feedback. I have looked at the tracking of your parcel and can see that it has been delayed for some time by Royal Mail. We have worked with Royal Mail for a number of years and have been very happy with the service they have provided. I have passed your feedback onto our Operations Manager who is raising an investigation into what has caused the delay. I have also refunded the postage that you have paid. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and if you need any help please feel free to contact our Customer Service department via phone, email or livechat. Laura

I believe that you have today spoken with my colleague Steph who is now resolving this issue for you and you will be calling back once you have selected an alternative item. Kind regards Ruth Morris Customer Service Manager
