Hi, thanks for leaving a review! Glad to hear the delivery was great. And of course, we want the same experience with our blades. It's very unusual to hear the rear blade not touching the screen. It's possible that we'll need to check on the installation, which may be causing the issues. The good news is that your order comes with a 12-month warranty for any performance issues.
